3. Avoid Heavy Objects: Be careful not to place heavy objects on the table, as this may cause indentations or stress on the epoxy.

4. Heat Resistance: Although epoxy is generally heat - resistant, it is not completely immune to heat damage. Avoid placing hot pots, pans, or other hot items directly on the epoxy resin surface.

5. Promptly Clean Spills: Immediately clean any spills, especially those that are acidic or likely to cause staining, such as red wine or fruit juice.

6. Avoid Sharp Objects: Sharp objects can scratch the epoxy resin surface. Pay attention to avoid using knives or other sharp utensils directly on the table.

Order Process

1. Browse our tables and find a table design that catches your eye. Add it to the cart, select your required size, wood type, color, edge style, etc., and then proceed to checkout.

2. If our existing options do not cover what you are looking for or you wish to create a custom table with your own unique design, please feel free to email us at info@elitecustomtable.com

3. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A CAD drawing will be sent to you within 24 - 48 hours.

4. Please review the drawing carefully to confirm that all details are correct and you are satisfied, and then approve it.

5. Upon receiving your approval, we will commence the production of the table. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated on the manufacturing progress of the table.

6. Before shipment, you will receive some real-life pictures of the your table for final confirmation.

7. If you are satisfied with its appearance and quality, we will arrange for the shipment.

8. An email notification will be sent to you after the item has been dispatched.

9. Once the package can be tracked online, we will provide you with a tracking number.
