01 How can I place an order? +
You can place an order directly through the product page by selecting your preferred size, wood type, resin color, table base, and other available customization options.
If the product page does not include the exact specifications you need, simply contact us with your requirements. Our team will review your project and provide a custom quote along with a personalized checkout link for your order.
02 Can I request a fully custom table design? +
Yes. If you need a fully custom design not listed on our website, please contact us via email, and our team will assist you throughout the customization process.
03 What happens after I place my order? +
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Within 24–48 hours, we will provide a CAD drawing for your review and approval.
04 Do you provide a design preview before production? +
Yes. Production only begins after you approve the final CAD drawing, ensuring all specifications meet your expectations.
05 Can I make changes after approving the CAD drawing? +
Once the CAD drawing is approved, production will begin. If you need to adjust minor details after production has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may still be discussed depending on the production stage.
06 Do you support deposit payments? +
Yes. We offer flexible deposit options for custom orders to make the process easier and more secure.
07 What deposit options do you offer? +
You may choose one of the following options:
$200 deposit to lock in promotional pricing, with the remaining balance due after CAD drawing confirmation
50% deposit to start production, with the remaining balance due after production is completed and before shipment

01 How long does it take to produce a custom table? +
Custom table production typically takes approximately 30 days after final CAD approval.
Because every table is handcrafted and built to order, production time may vary slightly depending on the design complexity and project requirements.
02 How long does delivery take? +
Most orders are delivered within 40–60 business days from final CAD approval, including production and shipping time.
03 Will I receive updates during production? +
Yes.
We provide updates at key milestones throughout the process, including:
- CAD drawing approval
- Real photos of the completed table before delivery
- Tracking information once your order has been dispatched

01 Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the Continental United States (48 contiguous states).
02 Do you ship outside the Continental United States? +
Yes. Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other international or remote areas, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.
03 How is my table packaged for shipping? +
Each table is securely packed in a reinforced wooden crate with protective padding to minimize transit risk.
04 How can I track my order? +
Once your table is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

01 Can I cancel my order? +
Cancellation depends on the production stage:
Before production: Free cancellation
After production begins: 30% cancellation fee
After shipment: Cancellation is not allowed
02 Can I return a custom-made table? +
Custom-made tables are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed issue such as shipping damage or receiving an incorrect item.
03 What should I do if my table arrives damaged? +
Please inspect the wooden crate before signing for delivery.
If the crate shows any damage, you must write “BOX DAMAGED” on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Take clear photos or videos and contact us immediately.
If damage is severe, do not sign and refuse the shipment.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
04 Who covers the return shipping cost? +
If the issue is caused by us (damage, defect, or wrong item), we cover return shipping
For personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping
05 How long does it take to receive a refund? +
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.

01 Is epoxy resin safe for indoor use? +
Yes. Once fully cured, epoxy resin is non-toxic and safe for indoor residential use.
02 Is epoxy resin heat-resistant? +
Epoxy resin is heat-resistant to a certain degree, but hot cookware should not be placed directly on the surface. Always use heat-resistant mats.
03 Will the table look exactly like the photos? +
Each table is handcrafted. Natural wood grain, knots, and resin flow patterns vary, making every piece truly one of a kind.

01 How do I clean my epoxy resin table? +
Use a soft cloth with mild soap or cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals.
02 Can direct sunlight damage the table? +
Prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight may cause yellowing over time. We recommend avoiding constant UV exposure.
03 Can scratches be repaired? +
Yes. Minor scratches can be sanded and polished. In some cases, epoxy recoating can restore the surface.
04 Do I need special maintenance products? +
No. Regular gentle cleaning and basic care are sufficient.

No. Natural variations such as grain patterns, knots, or minor cracks are inherent to solid wood and not considered defects.
