Delivery Method
All orders are delivered via curbside delivery. The carrier will bring your table to the curb — unloading assistance is not included. For tables over 90 inches, please arrange for 3–6 people to assist with unloading.

Order Cancellation
- Before production: Free cancellation at any time
- After production starts: 30% cancellation fee applies
- After shipment: Cannot be cancelled
Returns & Refunds — Eligibility
Returns are accepted for quality issues only (damage during transit or incorrect items). Please submit your request within 7 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

These warranty terms apply to all wooden tables sold by our company, including resin tables and solid wood slab tables.
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects under normal use for one year from the date of delivery. Complimentary repair accessories included with every claim:
- Touch-up paint — for covering peeled areas or surface marks
- Wax oil — to protect and enhance the appearance of the wood
- Marble sealant — for tables with marble components (where applicable)
- Repair tools — everything needed for effective repairs
Not Covered
- Abnormal wear and tear
- Damage from improper care or maintenance
- Damage from external sources
- Any damage caused by pets
Natural Wood Characteristics
Knots, burls, grain variations, natural cracks, mineral lines, and color differences are natural characteristics of wood — not defects. They make your table uniquely yours.
Care Guidelines
- Avoid direct sunlight, damp environments, and extreme heat
- Clean with a soft cloth and neutral cleaner — avoid harsh chemicals
- Do not place sharp objects directly on the surface
- Periodically check and tighten table leg connections

STEP 1: Browse & Select
Explore our epoxy and wood slab tables. Choose your favorite design, size, wood type, color, edge style, etc., then add to cart & checkout.

STEP 2: CAD Drawing
Upon receiving your order, we will source premium timber matching your specifications within 24-48 hours. A professional CAD drawing will then be created based on the unique characteristics of the actual wood slabs for your review and approval. -
STEP 3: Production Begins
Once the CAD drawing is approved, we will begin handcrafting your table. We will provide periodic progress updates throughout the production process to keep you informed. -
STEP 4: Final Preview
Before shipping, we will share high-resolution photos of your finished table for your final confirmation. -
STEP 5: Shipment & Tracking
Once confirmed, we will arrange professional shipment for your table. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your masterpiece's journey to your doorstep.
