Limited Warranty

These warranty terms are applicable to all varieties of wooden tables sold by our company. This includes, but is not restricted to, resin tables and solid wood slab tables.

❖ Warranty Content

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, which covers manufacturing defects under normal use, and we will provide complimentary accessories such as paint, which is crucial for covering up any peeled areas or for touch - ups; wax oil, which can be used to protect and enhance the appearance of the wood; and marble sealant, if applicable, for tables that may have marble components or features under warranty. We will also supply the tools required for the repairs. This ensures that the repair process can be carried out smoothly and effectively

Excluded from the warrant:

  1. Abnormal wear and tear.
  2. Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.
  3. Damage from external sources.
  4. Any damage caused by pets.

❖ Natural Features

The natural characteristics of wood, such as knots, burls, shadows, gradients, natural cracks, end cracks, mineral lines, wormholes, gum holes, and stain lines, are what give your table its unique charm and individuality. These features are an inherent part of the wood and are not regarded as quality issues. They are a natural result of the growth and development of the tree from which the wood was sourced.

❖ Usage Advices

To prolong the lifespan of your wooden table, it is essential to follow these guidelines:

  1. Avoid placing the table in areas where it will be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. Direct sunlight can cause the wood to fade, dry out, or warp. Also, keep the table away from damp environments as moisture can lead to rot or mold growth. High - temperature environments should also be avoided as they can cause the wood to expand and potentially damage the structure of the table.
  2. Regularly clean and maintain the table surface. It is advisable to use neutral cleaners for this purpose. Neutral cleaners are less likely to damage the wood or its finish compared to harsh chemicals. By cleaning the table regularly, you can remove dirt, dust, and other debris that could potentially scratch or damage the surface over time.
  3. Avoid placing sharp objects on the table surface. Sharp objects such as knives, scissors, or keys can easily scratch the surface of the table, marring its appearance and potentially weakening the wood over time.
  4. Regularly check the stability of the table joints. Over time, with normal use, the joints of the table may become loose. By regularly checking and tightening any loose screws promptly, you can ensure the structural integrity of the table and prevent further damage.
