Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

•Free Before Production: Orders can be canceled free of charge before production begins.(Production starts right after the final design drawing is confirmed.)

•After Production: Once production has started, a 30% cancellation fee applies due to the custom-made nature of our products.

•After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

•Returns are only accepted for quality issues (e.g., damage during transit or incorrect items).

•Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

Resolution Options

•Full refund, OR

•Replacement product — based on customer preference.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers must contact our service team to confirm the return address before shipping.

Return Shipping

•If caused by our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

•If due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

•Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

•If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

•Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Important Notes

•All items go through strict quality inspection before shipping.

•Once the final design drawing is confirmed and production has started, no modifications can be made.

•Wood is a natural material: variations in grain, knots, minor cracks, or changes due to humidity are normal and not considered defects.

•Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are outside our control and not valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
