Personalized 3D design, ensuring every detail—from size to finish—is tailored to your exact specifications.

Wood Selection & Preparation

Our artisans hand-pick each slab, preserving its unique grain and live edge to enhance its natural beauty. The wood is then cleaned and prepped for a smooth, flawless surface.

Cutting & Edge Treatment

The wood is carefully cut to shape, and the live edge is treated to bring out its natural beauty. We apply a protective coating of resin or oil to prevent bacteria, dust, and ensure durability.

Resin Pouring & Curing

The epoxy resin is mixed and poured in layers, creating a stunning effect. Each layer is cured with heat for about 2 days, with 3-5 layers needed to complete the process.

Demolding

Once cured, the table is carefully removed from its mold, revealing a smooth, glossy surface.

Final Sanding & Polishing

The table is hand-sanded to perfection and sprayed with 5-6 layers of paint finish in a dust-free environment, ensuring both beauty and durability.

Packaging

We securely package your table in a custom wooden crate, ensuring it arrives safely and in pristine condition.

Shipping

Once packaged, your table is promptly and securely shipped directly to your doorstep.
