After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Within 24–48 hours, we will provide a CAD drawing for your review and approval.
4. Do you provide a design preview before production?
Yes. Production only begins after you approve the final CAD drawing, ensuring all specifications meet your expectations.
5. Can I make changes after approving the CAD drawing?
Once the CAD drawing is approved, production will begin.
If you need to adjust minor details after production has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may still be discussed depending on the production stage.
6. Do you support deposit payments?
Yes. We offer flexible deposit options for custom orders to make the process easier and more secure.
7. What deposit options do you offer?
You may choose one of the following options:

$200 deposit to lock in promotional pricing, with the remaining balance due after CAD drawing confirmation

50% deposit to start production, with the remaining balance due after production is completed and before shipment

Custom table production typically takes 35–43 business days, starting from the date of final CAD approval.
9. How long does it take to ship in-stock products?
In-stock products usually require 25–33 business days for processing after final confirmation.
10. How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after the table is shipped.
11. Will I receive updates during production?
Yes. We provide updates at key milestones, including:

Cancellation depends on the production stage:
