Ordering

How can I place an order?

It's quite simple to place an order with elitecustomtable. Just go to the product page for the resin table or wooden table you are interested in, pick the desired options, and click "add to cart." For more help, you can refer to our buying guide or reach out to us at info@elitecustomtable.com.

Do you support the deposit? 

Yes, we offer a deposit option. You can pay a 30% or 50% deposit first and pay the balance when the wood and resin table is ready to ship. If you want to use the deposit to order our products, please tell us the custom information you need first. We will provide you with a custom link for you to place an order. You can submit the request on the contact us page.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, which covers manufacturing defects under normal use of your custom resin and wooden table, and we provide complimentary accessories such as paint or paraffin oil under warranty, along with guidance on their proper use.

Excluded from the warranty:
1. Abnormal wear and tear.

2. Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.

3. Damage from external sources.

4. Any damage caused by pets.

Can I cancel my order?

We are open to accepting free cancellations, provided that there is a valid reason and that the request is made within 6 hours of placing the order. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, it will incur a 10% fee. If an order is canceled within 72 hours after it has been placed, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.  

Also, since our wood table with resin is custom-made according to each order, cancellations will pose a great threat to reselling. Consequently, once the customized epoxy resin table is in the process of being delivered or is already in production, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

The Standard Shipping of Custom Epoxy Tables will take around 40-50 business days from drawing approved date. The Standard Shipping of In-stock Epoxy Tables will take around 30-40 business days from drawing approved date. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your custom made resin table is shipped, we'll email you the tracking number to help you keep abreast of the logistics situation. Please double check your contact information when ordering so that we can better arrange delivery and avoid any delays.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days after delivery, while the custom epoxy tables and special orders may not be returned for their special nature. Also, we are happy to assist with shipping logistics if you request while we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

After we receive your return , we will to check the resin and wood tables, which should be in "as-new" condition. If the damage is evident, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restoration charge. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value, minus a 30% restocking fee.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

After inspection and confirmation, a credit or refund will be issued, minus a 30% restocking fee.

Once both parties reach an agreement, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and the refund will be returned via the original payment method.
